So about me, I'm 13 only 5'1. Right now i have that hairstyle that was in Septembers seventeen mag. So its spiral permed with bangs. Its now past my shoulders and I'm wondering if I should keep growing it out and have a volume-ness wavy long layered hair like Petra Nemcova or cut it again like Rihannas new hair, but keep it curled like it was in the "Hate that I Love You" video.
What should I do?
